1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how MOMA LLC (the “Operator”) processes and protects personal data of users of the MOMA MATRIX website.

By using the Site you confirm that you have read and accept this Policy.

2. Data collection

The Operator collects data voluntarily provided by the user when registering, placing an order, contacting support or subscribing to the newsletter. The Operator also collects technical data: IP address, device type, browser version, referrer and behavior on the Site.

The Operator also collects data voluntarily provided when submitting an application to join the brand’s regional team through a Telegram bot. The questionnaire answers are transmitted directly to the Operator’s server; only the bot’s service messages pass through Telegram, and these are identical for all users and contain no personal data.

3. Purposes of processing

• Identifying the user and processing orders.
• Delivering products and communicating with the user.
• Analytics, improving the service and the website.
• Marketing communications (only with separate consent).
• Reviewing applications to join the regional team and communicating with applicants.
• Compliance with Russian law.

4. Storage

Personal data is stored on secure servers within the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with FZ-152. The retention period is determined by the purposes of processing and legal requirements.

Records of consent to the processing of personal data are kept for 5 years from the moment consent is given.

Data from an application to join the regional team is stored until the review is completed and for six months thereafter, unless the applicant withdraws consent earlier. If consent is withdrawn, the data that allows the applicant to be identified is deleted.

5. Security

The Operator applies legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure, including TLS encryption of data in transit and access controls to information systems.

6. Transfer to third parties

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties except as required by law and to provide services (delivery, payments, hosting). All contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
