Payment

1. Payment methods

Orders are paid online on the secure page of the payment provider. Bank cards Visa, Mastercard, MIR and the Faster Payments System (SBP) via QR code are available.

Cash on delivery and invoice payment for legal entities are currently unavailable.

2. Payment security

Payments are processed by a PCI DSS-certified payment gateway. MOMA MATRIX does not store or share card data with third parties.

The connection is secured with TLS 1.3 — all data in transit is encrypted.

3. Receipt

After a successful payment, an electronic receipt is sent to your e-mail in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same bank card used for payment within 10 calendar days from the moment the refund is approved. See “Refund policy” for details.
