1. General provisions
This Consent is granted by the user to MOMA LLC (the “Operator”) in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On personal data” when using the MOMA MATRIX website.
2. Purposes of processing
- User registration on the Site and authorization by phone / e-mail.
- Placing, processing and delivering orders.
- Notifying the user about order status, promotions and new MOMA MATRIX products.
- Customer support communication.
- Reviewing an application to join the regional team of the MOMA MATRIX brand and contacting the applicant in this regard.
- Compliance with the requirements of Russian law.
3. Categories of personal data
- Last name, first name, patronymic.
- Contact phone number.
- E-mail address.
- Delivery address.
- When submitting an application to join the regional team: the city and district of the intended work, willingness to travel and to meet in person, convenient days and times, the expected number of retail visits per week, experience and professional contacts, how soon the applicant is ready to start, willingness to keep simple records, self-reported answers about membership in the consumer cooperative and about the cosmetic share contribution, the name or preferred form of address, a convenient time to be contacted, the Telegram user identifier and username, and any free-form comments the applicant chooses to add.
- Other data voluntarily provided by the user when placing an order.
4. Operations with personal data
The Operator carries out collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
5. Transfer of personal data
The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties solely for the purposes of fulfilling this Consent (delivery services, payment services, hosting and communication providers) in compliance with the requirements of Russian law.
6. Validity period
The Consent is valid from the moment of its provision until withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a written request to hello@momamatrix.ru.
When Consent is given, the Operator keeps a record of it: date and time, website address, versions of the accepted documents, account number, IP address, browser and operating system type, time zone and browser language. This record is kept for 5 years from the moment Consent is given. If Consent is withdrawn or deletion of personal data is requested, the information that allows the user to be identified is deleted.
7. Rights of the data subject
- Receive information about the processing of personal data.
- Demand clarification, blocking or destruction of data in case of incompleteness, inaccuracy or unlawful collection.
- Withdraw consent to processing.
- Appeal the Operator’s actions to the authorized body or in court.
