Why pauses matter

The complex serums are an intensive, not everyday care: the skin does not need them daily.

Alternating intensity and rest is the training: the result builds from course to course.

The ideal protocol

• Intensive course: two-phase complex once every 2–3 days for 15–20 days.
• First pause: 10–15 days. Only basic care (cleansing, milk, eye gel).
• Repeat: another intensive course, then a longer pause.
• Step by step, the pauses between courses grow longer.

What about rest days

Enzyme gel — daily for cleansing. Vitalizing milk — face and body. Eye gel — morning and evening. Thermal mist — as needed. And no serums.

One two-phase complex set is 25 procedures — up to six months of care.
